At BareAdhere, your satisfaction and safety are our highest priorities. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our skincare products, we can only accept returns or exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.

🛠 Manufacturing Defects

If your mask arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.

To report a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number,

  • A brief description of the issue; and

  • Photos or videos showing the defect.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

💰 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (After 4 Weeks of Use)

We believe in the results of consistent use. If, after using your BareAdhere LED Mask regularly for 4 weeks, you’re not satisfied with your results, you may return the product for a full refund.

Conditions:

  • The guarantee applies only after 4 full weeks (28 days) of use

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

  • The product must be returned in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included

  • Refunds are issued 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • You must initiate the return within 30 days of delivery

  • Your order number

  • Proof of consistent use (brief explanation or photos if possible)

  • Your reason for dissatisfaction

🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases (outside the 30-day guarantee):

  • Change of mind or incorrect purchase

  • Items not purchased directly from bareadhere.com

  • Products used or with signs of wear (scratches, stains, or damage)

  • Missing original packaging, manuals, cables, or accessories

  • Orders over 60 days from purchase date

🔁 Return & Exchange Requirements

To be eligible for return:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original labels attached

  • Items must be returned in one package, with original packaging and accessories included

  • Returns must be shipped from the original destination country

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@bareadhere.com with your order number, photos, and proof of purchase

  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with further instructions

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging

  4. Ship the return via a tracked courier and email us the tracking number

  5. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days
